Product Delivery

CRM products are digital software packages. After purchase confirmation, customers receive project files and an instruction manual.

Deployment Service

Deployment starts only after the customer provides valid domain and hosting access. If the customer wants us to purchase domain and hosting, those charges are separate from the CRM product price.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing correct business details, hosting access, domain access, and any required content or branding material.

Security

We use a security-focused setup process, but the customer must maintain strong passwords, update hosting credentials, and protect access after handover.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy page. Refund requests must be submitted within three calendar days of purchase; after that period, no refund is available.
